Curly oyster, raised in a trough in the Ría de Arousa in a delicious vinaigrette with Albariño. 
 We open, select and place the fresh oysters by hand. We add a vinaigrette made from sunflower oil, vinegar, Albariño, peppers, onion, black pepper and bay leaf. The result is an exquisite elaborate lid.

 Oysters in Albariño Vinaigrette. 5-6 pieces. Net weight: 266 g. Drained weight: 165 g.
